Neighborhoods

Whiting Field Homes is comprised of two neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel assigned to Naval Air Station Whiting Field. All neighborhoods are also open to qualified military retiree, DOD employee and general public applicants as well. We invite you to explore the Whiting Field Homes neighborhoods and learn more about the various home styles and features available in each area.

The Capehart neighborhood offers two, three and four-bedroom homes featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, ample closets and storage space, carport and screened-in porch. Capehart is located 7.5 miles south of NAS Whiting Field and provides easy access to the Navy Exchange Mini Mart, as well as our Community Center, the community pool, playground and tennis court.

The Fund neighborhood offers two and four-bedroom duplex homes featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, ample closets and storage space, central air and patio. Fund is located 7.5 miles south of NAS Whiting Field and provides easy access to the Navy Exchange Mini Mart, as well as our Community Center, the community pool, playground and tennis court.
